New findings in cynology also justify psychonomy. On the one hand, this involves considering the findings of ethology, and on the other, analyzing its flaws. Ethology, as part of the psychonomic approach of Western culture, is also based at least in part on the dogmas of Catholicism.
The importance of the cultural-historical perspective of psychonomy becomes clear when one considers the problems in the area of human-dog interaction as problems of Western culture.
